Some of those self righteous Christians were and are pastors preaching about Jesus. Then they were involved in scandal……..Jim Baker, Swaggert, Jesse duplantis who wanted his congregation to buy him a 54 million private plane. Christians who repent and follow Christ and love Christ are doing the best they can. Jesus would understand and does understand. We are all sinners and bless that the Lord has saved us from eternal damnation with his sacrifice for us. LOVE is the key. It is good to remind us to keep working to better ourselves. But the problem is the Judgement from some Christians…..like the pastors mentioned above and other pastors who tend to forget and do little or nothing for the people they serve that are in need. Why a 54 million dollar plane…..why a 10 million dollar house…then turn around and say we are the ones who are not measuring up to Christ.
Inaccurate, god would never just straight up say "your going to hell" imo. You can always change, so he would def tell you what your doing wrong instead of doing what this guy did in his portrayal of jesus and acting like there's no hope.
Jesus fulfills the law for us , we confess to being sinners , making sealed confessions in the name of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ who was punished for our transgressions. Meaning for baptised Christians the Law is fulfilled.
Whether we sin or not after our sealed confession it will not change the outcome for on that day we will all be still confessed sinners. So sin has no power over us , we are at the will of God which is everything promised by our Lord.
Careful about listening too people who want to push you back into works save beliefs and deny the Lord's sacrifice for your sins.
Remember folks for all have sinned and all fall short of the Glory of God.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Romans 6:14 For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.
Romans 11:6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.
The Lord does not change his mind, he said we are saved , we are saved. When he said it is finished it is finished , Sin can kiss our backsides, we have the Lord .
If you love God you will keep his commandments. You don't have to be under the law to do that .

I'll be honest. These videos make me feel like I am not enough. Like the little boy I used to be that found God in Christian School & studied the Bible rigorously, is not truly saved because he's made mistakes & has sinned along the way. My life has been rough & at my worst, I cursed his name because I just couldn't take it anymore. Today, before I went outside to walk. I asked him if he was still my shepherd & if I was still his lamb. I honestly just don't know anymore.
If you know God you wouldn't have mistaken him for Satan. You would know the word of God and would have immediately seen Jesus. "For my (followers) know my voice and I them" paraphrasing of course
This is a hard topic to discuss. It really stinks because my parents recently started believing this whole idea that u r saved by grace alone and can do whatever & I always try and talk to them about it but they will not hear it out. I understand the old testament is more about the law vs. Grace and we don't follow the old testament. We don't have to sacrifice a lamb and follow rituals but when Jesus died on the cross I do believe that he wasn't co signing our right to sin, he died on the cross so the whole world could have access to his grace and therefore access to heaven and eternal life but when u r truly saved u have a heavy conscience when doing anything "wrong" even if I lose my temper with people or I curse or I lie I will feel so much weight on my heart knowing it was wrong. I could easily say oh well Jesus will forgive me and I'm good to go but I feel in my heart that's not the truth. I believe we are meant to be better and we are suppose to work on ourselves and change and represent Jesus through our actions, words and thoughts. There's a powerful moment in the Bible when Jesus saves a woman. Who was caught adultering and he said now go and be without sin and that's what I try to tell my parents like why would Jesus tell someone to not sin if he didn't care? He encouraged us to be the best versions of ourselves, HE showed us we are capable of being the best versions of ourselves. Imagine when Judas betrayed him, imagine when he called himself the son of God yet walked with those who were imperfect and sinners, he showed us that you can forgive, that you should not judge, he lived what he preached and I think we are suppose to be the same. I understand we will get his forgiveness but when we are told not to be Luke warm Christians and that many will try to enter the kingdom of heaven yet few will enter and they will say Jesus u know me and he will say I never knew u… That's the scariest thought is realizing time is limited and we put off being better until one day our clock has stopped and then what? Are you truly satisfied with the person u r today? Do u really think if u were taken in this very moment and God played out ur life that u would be proud when he sees ur actions and thoughts? I know I would be ashamed because I put off being better. I put off making God the center of everything. I still indulge in the world
Jesus Christ cried, on the cross…, He rose from the dead 3 days later conquering both sin and death to give us a life we do not deserve. But out of His love for us… He still gave us eternal life even when He knew we will still sin. He knew us before we were even born, before our mothers were born, before our generation was even born and He was thinking about us on that cross. Christ calls us to a relationship, all He wants is a relationship will anybody who is reading this… Give Him a chance? He changed my life and can change yours too π―%. Jesus is King He died for our sins and 3 days later He rose from the dead so we could have eternal life in Heaven, Guys He is knocking at the door of your heart and all He wants is a relationship.
and that does not make us an excuse to sin for we must still try to avoid it! A lifestyle of sin is still sin and disobedience to God meaning no love towards Him. Please seek Christ peoples. Don't be blinded by the devil's lie of tomorrow for it is not guaranteed, NOW change your paths. Yes you will still sin but less and less because when you discover Jesus your heart is changing and eventually you will despise sin and the devil and his angels, sin is still sin whether you do it once, twice or 100 times even once per month or year it does not matter! Sin is a very serious subject and can lead to eternal death so we need Christ because He frees us from it but we need only to seek Him, again you will still sin but despise it. May God show Himself to you.
Also quick note what I said is the truth and the truth hurts sometimes but yes that sin you've been doing is still sin, thinking you're safe but living a lifestyle of sin = fake Christian because we need to live in obedience to God (I struggle with sin too my main one? A lot of them, I'm still trying and I have no excuse for it I fell multiple times but what matters is how we get up. So when you fall go to God immediately ask Him for forgiveness and cleanness of sin, a changed heart, one of flesh and not stone meaning not one not caring about God but one of deep love for Him, and strength for next time.)
Another note for people struggling with lust, pornography avoid the phone I've been there and still am, still fighting and also you fight and never give up, you will overcome this through Jesus and that's a reminder for all of us including me, flee from evil thoughts and temptation (literally change your activity, or run but run to God, your activity it must be prayer for you alone cannot stand this sin), spend most of your day with Jesus and avoid phone or laziness be productive and when you put God first and you are productive sin will be out of your mind focus also on Jesus' Holiness, power, truth not only His love and mercy.
Because this is a lie from the devil! Do you think Jesus spoke lies so it would scratch your ears? No, He spoke truth, it may hurt but that's better than a lie, He Is Holy and you cannot trick Him for He knows your heart and deepest desires, He never sinned nor done any other will than The Father's even if it was hard that must be us too obey God even when it's hard for He knows the plans He has for you. Jeremiah 29:11 βFor I know the plans I have for you,β declares the Lord, βplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.β
And when you say do not judge don't confuse calling out sin or RIGHTEOUS judgement with wicked judgment, Jesus Himself had flipped tables in the temple, called out sin and judged righteously and that's what He calls us to do also, for it is not love to call out sin that brings death, lead others to The Truth, judge righteously and not without cause?
And when you come to Jesus after you fell don't just say a quick sorry that means nothing, a sorry that you don't mean from your heart again He knows your heart. Have faith even raw, even weak for it is still faith even if you feel like you're clinging by a thread I've been there and the answer is have faith and never lose it, never give up on God, pray sincerely, give it all to God tell Him to wash you clean, remember your sin no more but actually MEAN IT. Jesus calls for a relationship not empty words and after you pray for forgiveness pray for strength also so that you may not fall again as easy this time for the bigger the strength the weaker the temptations.
Do not live comfortably and still do this sin like you don't care at all about God, do not live comfortable lives thinking you are saved, don't live sinful lives thinking Jesus accepts my will, no, DO NOT be lukewarm and live comfortable lives but give your lives to Christ. Remember also that it will never be easy to follow Jesus, It won't be easy but hard but what does hardness bring? Strength, and easiness brings weakness but think that after a tough fight the treasure is bigger than anything, when you truly follow you will be separated from this earth of the devil, he will attack you relentlessly and until the day of judgement, temptation will rise, people will rise against you blinded by the devil so that they may not be healed by The Gospel for they are angels of the devil.
Again be not lukewarm so that you may not have no purpose but be hot for God and live in hardship glorying Jesus never with fear nor back down when people tell you. Be persecuted for Christ knowing that your reward you will receive in full is better than any reward of this earth, The Kingdom Of Heaven. Do not be ashamed of Christ but live for Him for our body is a temple of God, preach The Good News to all, do not let fear stop you for God is with you.
And do not think after all I said that salvation is made possible by works but by Jesus Christ. Keep in mind that faith without works is dead, we need action not empty words, be fruitful and produce much fruit but you may connect to the vine for a branch cannot produce anything by itself. Works do not come forced but naturally as when the trees produce much fruit and the grass grows after every winter and how it all happens by God's will. I myself experienced that change of heart, for it is not love to obey God and don't we show our love by works and not empty words? Obey God and trust In Him brothers and sisters in Christ, never lose faith but strengthen it day by day spending time With The Lord.
What I mentioned is a reminder not only for you but also for me for I am nothing apart from Christ (John 15:5) all I said was The Holy Spirit guiding me and nothing of me, do not thank me not bow to me but to The One True God, Jesus Christ for I am not living but Christ Who lives in me (Galatians 2:20) I love y'all and Jesus loves you so much more!β€β€β€
Hey, for every person struggling to get closer to God, I will give you a tip: Spend less time on the phone, i myself do it and it distracts me from God. The phone even though we can spread The Gospel with it, but still it could be our downfall. So yes, spread The Gospel but always and i mean ALWAYS put God first. And never give up in your faith, NEVER. Why? Because faith is not based on feelings.
