Do you have to use caster sugar
How much dairy milk caramels
Ingredients:
170g melted butter
250g caster sugar
2 large eggs
125g dark chocolate, melted & cooled
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1tsp salt
100g chocolate chips
400g Dairy Milk Caramel bars
1) Preheat your oven to 190Β°C/ Gas Mark 5/ 170Β°C (fan).
2) Line a baking tin with baking paper.
3) Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl until fully combined.
4) Add the eggs and whisk until thick and fluffy.
5) Add the melted dark chocolate and whisk it in.
6) Sift in and plain flour, cocoa powder and salt and fold them in until just combined.
7) Fold in the chocolate chips.
8) Scoop half of the batter into your baking tin and smooth it out.
9) Place the Dairy Milk Caramel bars on top to make a layer, breaking them if needed to make them fit.
10) Scoop the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
11) Bake for 25-30 minutes.
12) Refrigerate overnight.
13) Enjoy!
