So I got all the ingredients. I could have sworn we couldn't eat cookie dough without cooking it, but it doesn't have eggs so I guess all raw ingredients is safe enough. Wish me luck!
The flour is uncooked, it's a disaster as uncooked flour cause severe constipation

Ingredients:
90g softened unsalted butter
80g light brown sugar
40g granulated sugar
25ml milk
1tsp vanilla
120g heat treated plain flour
½tsp salt
100g chocolate chips
400g vanilla or cookie dough ice cream, softened
1) Line a baking tin with baking paper.
2) Add the butter and both sugars to a bowl and cream them together.
3) Add the milk and vanilla and mix them in.
4) Add the plain flour and salt and mix to form a dough.
5) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.
6) Press the dough into the baking tin and smooth it out.
7) Cover it with a sheet of parchment paper and press it down with another tin to flatten it.
8) Freeze for 1 hour, then remove the parchment paper.
9) Slice it in half then scoop the ice cream onto one half and smooth it out.
10) Place the other half on top and cover it with parchment paper.
11) Freeze for 4 hours minimum then let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
12) Remove the paper and slice it with a hot knife.
13) Enjoy!
