For whatever it's worth, I used 30ft and had 5ft left over after almost closing the bottom all the way.
Dude how do i keep my cord from twisting. Im halfway through this and gave up for now because ive spent more time untwisting than i have spent tying
I want to invest in copper water bottles but living in Arizona I need to keep my water cool and be able to hold my bottle! I love this idea! It looks so beautiful and simple enough without minimizing that it requires patience and attention. I think I am going to create an insulation layer first with either neoprene or reflectix (sunshade material) and then put this on the outside of it! I would love a tutorial for making a handle to carry it! Maybe even a crossbody strap for hands free carrying and hiking! Thank you so much! Canβt wait to try this!
Thank you for tutorial. Can you make a tutorial for pouch earbuds please?
How much weight can the bottom weave support? Would it make a good water bottle holder?
We call them Koozies! Many thanks for this video. My Father passed away and I had to go through his garage and clear it out for my Mom. With all his stuff was a paracord kit. I think he didn't get past paracord bracelets but we loved the ones he made. Anyway for Secret Santa my 10 year old daughter drew my 16 year old son's name from the hat. For Christmas she is using my Father's paracord kit to make this as a water bottle carrier for my son. (As a veteran, I had plenty of 550 cord!) Your tutorial is simple enough my daughter can understand but aesthetically pleasing enough my son will appreciate it. Thank you!
Nobody walks you through a project like this guy. AMAZING .
Can you make a Vanquest water bottle hostler in Paracord? Thanks
I thought that was thrown out?
would this work for a hydroflask?
Letβs say that making this pocket was an exercise in patience and took me several hours. Not as perfect as yours, but satisfactory. My main problem was that the rope twisted with each pass… and it was laborious to untwist. But I got there. I am French Canadian, not 100% bilingual but your voice is very pleasant and your language is clear. Thank you for this tutorial.
Please someone help me, I've tried this few times and each one I have to undo the entire thing. After finishing and removing can, I try to use later with another can, but won't go in, maybe Paracord self tightened out something, anyone else have this issue?
I probably shouldn't do it but I think I'm going to search for a paracord shirt. I think it's probably out there. Probably more womenswear but I just have to see if it's been done. Someone has made a hat but not a shirt nor pants
Great video. I like the way you explain the process it makes it easy to comprehend. Thank you
Totally Awesome πππ»ππ»ππ»
Nice!
I like it!
why?? getting cold longer in paracord basket? really?
How the hell did you manage all that cord
How to know exactly the length you need it ?
my paracord gets all tangled and twisted on itself, how do you prevent that?
Plumbing collets work for a cheap adjustment bead as well.
Does anyone know a trick to keep the cord from twisting?
You need to go a little slower if you are showing people how to make these for the first time. Make a couple of weaves to show how you do it instead of just doing one then fast forwarding the video. It took me several times watching this video to make the koozie. I had to figure out the spacing myself for the rows as your video was no help. The spacing you suggested was way off. If you are doing instructional videos on teaching someone how to do something for the first time please keep that in mind.
Question: I am wanting to make this but around my Papaβs gallon igloo water jug. Then make a lanyard to carry it cross body. Would 100β be even close to use as the main cord? Is there a decent way to connect if you run out? Thank you for any responseβs
