  1. I believe the concept must be superb. But I didn't get the courage to see whole movie. I see wife is older than the husband and the actress is so obsessed about her look not her performance. Neither chemistry nor good acting.

  2. It was a treat to watch this short film. Totally a Director's film. To bring out acting talent from children is a herculean task. Thank you so much for this film ❤

  5. Just watched Porospor by Baishakhi Basu, and I am truly overwhelmed. What an incredibly moving and insightful portrayal of child psychology—handled with such sensitivity and depth. Baishakhi’s direction is masterful; every frame carries emotion, purpose, and a quiet intensity that lingers long after the film ends. The way the children have acted—so natural, so raw—is a testament not only to their talent but also to the director’s ability to bring out such authentic performances.

The social message at the heart of Porospor is powerful and deeply relevant. It forces us to reflect on how society views and treats childhood innocence, trauma, and emotional needs. Baishakhi Basu has managed to craft a story that is both tender and thought-provoking, and it deserves every bit of recognition. Truly a gem of a film. Bravo!
