People with a weak grip use these I've never needed these as I train my grip strength.

How old are those straps man? I think it’s time you give them some rest.
Exactly what I am struggling at. Strapping correctly takes the load off your hands into the back, but if not done correctly it remains and you may still struggle

So if it's long you just let the rest dangle pretty much correct? I saw a great break down from another guy that only does the one wrap around.
I wonder if the psychology of color applies to the straps? Like will the rest ones give you a mental boost because thr color generates placebo energy or will the blue ones be better because it's a cooling color psychologically?

Do i actually still use my grip with these straps? Or just loosely wrap them around the bar?
