  1. Very Hard to find out of these type of videos on Youtube,
I appreciate you and your work.
Definitely you are a hardcore trainer.
    Thank you from an 🇮🇳Indian.

  2. I used Jira over six years ago and needed a refresher. This tutorial was perfect for that. Great job hitting the key points to getting started!

As a Certified Scrum Master, I felt compelled to point out that there really isn't a "hierarchy" of roles in Scrum – in that no one role is "higher" than another. All roles work together as an egalitarian team.

  3. Making Task Management Effortless for Everyone (Without Expensive Software!)
    The Problem:
1⃣ Many teams in our organization—like Supply Chain, Ops, and Sales—aren’t familiar with Jira or other task management tools. So when they assign work to Product or Analytics teams, there’s no proper way to track tasks, leading to confusion and inefficiency.

2⃣ Jira (and similar tools) are expensive! Companies are now limiting access to just a few central teams. So the big question is: How will the rest of the teams track and manage work without it?

    The Solution I'm Building:
💡 Imagine a world where you don’t need to learn Jira or pay for expensive licenses—but still get all the benefits of structured task tracking!

✅ A simple Google Sheet linked to Jira 🔄

Anyone from Ops (or other teams) can enter tasks in a Google Sheet.

The task will automatically create a Jira ticket on the Analytics/Product team's board.

If the priority is changed on Jira (e.g., from "Low" to "High") or the task is marked as "Resolved," the update instantly reflects in Google Sheets.

This means Ops and other teams can easily track progress—without needing Jira access!

    Example Use Case:
📌 An Ops team member adds a task in Google Sheets: "Create a Planning Dashboard" for the Analytics team.
📌 The system automatically creates a Jira ticket for Analytics.
📌 If the Analytics team updates the status or changes priority, it syncs back to the Google Sheet, keeping the Ops team in the loop.

    What Do You Think? 🤔
Would this help make task tracking smoother across teams? I’m thinking of kicking this off—would love to hear your thoughts! 🚀

  4. I like the simple introduction to the use of JIRA, but the information you provided about the SCRUMmaster isn't totally correct. A SCRUM Master shouldn't be a developer of the team. He is responsible for the teams performance, helps them to stay on track, moderates meetings und communicates with the Product Owner so the DEV-Team can do their thing.
But yeah, in reality everybody uses SCRUM in their own way. And that's fine, as long as it helps. 🙂
    Communication over processes.
Thank you for the fast introduction to JIRA. 🙂

  5. You do not understand how to teach. If everyone understands what those terms are, then they shouldn't be listening to this, becuase they would have passed this level. please leran how to teach.

  6. Jira Project Management is a great tool for agile teams, enabling streamlined workflows. Enreap offers comprehensive Jira Project Management services tailored for your business needs.

  7. No lie I came in hoping to learn something more useful than what we already do in jira, but honestly its still just a giant time sink to fill this stuff out. You need a person to just fill this stuff out for everyone 24×7 so devs can get actual work done sorry not sorry. MS project is faster and doesn't come with the leads having to fill out jira's. PMs fill out their stuff and checks in once a week, or how we do it (who can afford pms these days #hue) we just keep notes in a google sheet – way more efficient. Although I will admit Jira lets managers micromanage / monitor what is otherwise difficult to do with projects.
