Yes there should be duty of care.. He talks about UK grounds no USA.. Why any politician coming to UK should get security but not him and being treated differently.. Harry should go to see a psy. He is completely isolated, paranoid, into his own logic, while everyone thinks otherwise. It is not a good place to be. He needs to talk and reflect. He doesn't understand that he does not get security because he is more special than others, but because he is a working royal. It is an exchange not a privilege. Lady Di got Royal security while being with her children, but not when she was alone, she even refused to have it at the end.

He is angry, in my opinion, since he was self-centered and his wife, a power-hungry, envious, and dishonest person, failed. They make a terrible couple.
I feel So bad for this guy, and his family. He is just stuck in the In between. He is struggling with who and what he was born into and trying to find his way between worlds. It seems people get so emotional about his choices they lose sight of the humanity in this. Would any of us want to be forced into a life and not have the option to choose for ourselves? I doubt it very much. Regardless, just being born royal puts him and his family at a much greater risk, and we all have common sense enough to see that. He loves his children, just as we all do, and the basic instinct to keep them safe should not be minimized just because people disagree with his life. He and his family deserve as much peace and happiness as any of us would want. He seems to be being unfairly punished in my opinion.
By the way…ypu can show your country to them if you choose privacy for real..nobody cares you nobody wants to attack you or have your childrens . Stop seeking attention just grow yp
