I am a 64 year old female and have found squats to be my perfect exercise for legs, glutes and really engaging my core muscles( for taking pressure off knees) and breathing diaphragmatic ally inhale down, slow fully exhale up while engaging glutes and abs. I appreciate now knowing the most effective arm positioning which really helps with back and posture.
