  1. Funny thing: So today I actually did the video work for a Stand-to-Stand Bridge tutorial (imagine leaning back into a bridge from a standing position). However, I realized I had never posted the tutorial for a normal Bridge on YouTube, so I decided to post this first! It's an older video but I hope you all like it. I don't expect bridging videos to be very popular (most people don't know the exercise or want to do it), but the bridge is still one of my favorite exercises and I'm happy to share it.

  2. For some reason my muscles still remember how to do bridges from very long ago despite me being very weak nowadays. I wonder if it's better to still follow the difficulty progression from the beginning in this case 🤔

  3. Great progressions bro thanks. I've been trying to Bridge on and off for years can't get from straight to back bridges though, no arm strength in that position and too stiff in back. Shoulders and hips. I'll give this a try and let you know how I get on. Cheers! 😎

  4. I've been watching your videos since I found you on ifunny, and I have missed you since I haven't used the app. I'm so glad I found your youtube content! I'm proud of you for growing so much over the years!!
